This policy outlines the terms related to order processing, cancellations, returns, and refunds. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the conditions mentioned below.

We make every effort to deliver products as per the specifications and timelines provided. However, in rare situations where an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, the order will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.


🔹 Advance Payment Policy (Orders Above ₹5,000)

For orders with a value above ₹5,000, a 10% advance payment is required to confirm and process the order.

  • Our support team will contact you for order confirmation
  • Advance payment ensures genuine orders and faster processing

Important Notes:

  • Order processing begins only after receiving the advance amount
  • If cancelled before dispatch, a small portion may be deducted
  • If already dispatched, applicable charges (shipping, handling, etc.) may be deducted before refund

🔹 Mandatory Video Proof Policy

To ensure transparency and avoid disputes, video evidence is compulsory for any refund or replacement request.

  • Record a clear video while opening the package
  • Show the issue clearly (if any)
  • Share the video with our support team for verification

❗ Requests without video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
This serves as valid proof in case of damage, missing items, or defects.


🔹 Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Product becomes unavailable
  • Delay in order processing
  • Customer requests cancellation
  • Delivery location is not serviceable
  • Any situation beyond our control

After Dispatch:

Cancellation requests will only be considered if:

  • Product is received in defective condition
  • Incorrect item has been delivered
  • Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address

Note: Refusing to accept the order at delivery will make the order ineligible for refund.


🔹 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be covered under seller warranty
  • Product should be in original condition
  • Return request must include:
    • Customer Name
    • Address
    • Contact Number
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return

❗ Applicable taxes are non-refundable


🔹 New & Slightly Used Product Returns

We accept return requests for:

  • Brand new products
  • Slightly used products (only if defective)

✔ Approval is subject to verification of video proof


🔹 Cancellation After Delivery

If a customer wishes to cancel the order after delivery due to reasons such as incorrect purchase or change of mind:

  • A 5% restocking fee will be applied
  • Courier charges will be deducted

Full refund will be granted only if:

  • Product is defective
  • Wrong product has been delivered

🔹 Replacement Policy

We provide free replacement in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit (report within 24 hours)
  • Product is defective on arrival (DOA)

For all other replacement requests, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are accepted under these conditions:

  • Incorrect product sent by us → Free replacement within 3 days
  • Wrong item ordered by customer → Replacement allowed (only if unopened)
  • Request for different product → Replacement allowed within 3 days
